Chicago Board of Trade closes converted to US dollars per tonne. This is an external benchmark: on AgroSell, prices are set by sellers and buyers.

How it works, step by step

The grain goes from silo to silo. The money goes through AgroSell.

Both parties sign, the buyer deposits into AgroSell escrow, picks up the grain, and only then does the seller get paid.

How every deal is protected

Every contract moves step by step. The seller gets paid only at the end.

The platform does not let anyone skip a step: no signatures, no escrow; no deposit, no names revealed; no confirmed delivery, no payout.

The platform

The tools of a trading desk, built for the farm.

Your price, with a benchmark in view

You list your grain at the price you decide and buyers make offers. Chicago and what is listed on AgroSell help you decide.

Identity kept private

You negotiate under a reserved name, like Prod-0427. Company names are revealed when the buyer deposits into escrow.

Verified companies

No one trades until AgroSell has reviewed and approved their documents.

Weather

Whether you can spray today in your department and when wind, rain and temperature will allow it again, based on five weather models.

Freight rates

What freight costs per route (origin → destination), to work out the price with transport included.

Fee

A single fee: 1 %, and only when you sell.

Creating an account, listing and negotiating are free. The buyer deposits the full contract amount; 1 % is deducted from what the seller receives.

Every company is verified, every listing reviewed, and payment stays in escrow until the goods are delivered. That is how you can close a deal with someone you have not met yet.

You do. The seller lists at their price and the buyer can accept it, bid another or counter. Chicago and what is listed on AgroSell serve as a benchmark, but the price is agreed by the parties.

Before you deliver, the buyer deposits the full contract amount into AgroSell escrow. When delivery is confirmed, AgroSell pays you the total, minus the 1 % fee.

Creating an account, listing and negotiating are free. Only 1 % of each completed sale is charged, deducted from what the seller receives. The buyer pays no fee.

Your company account and its documents: tax ID (RUC), tax compliance certificate, bank certificate and the legal representative’s ID. While AgroSell reviews them, you can already browse the market.

While you negotiate, nobody sees your company name: the other party sees a reserved name (for example, Prod-0427). Names are revealed only when the buyer deposits into escrow.

Either party can open a dispute on the contract. Meanwhile, the money stays held in escrow until AgroSell resolves it.

Yes. The AgroSell app has the market, negotiations, contracts and weather. Coming soon to the stores.
