Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use AgroSell on the web or in the app, what we use it for and what rights you have.

01What data we collect

Registration: name, email, phone and password (stored encrypted). Your company: legal name, tax ID, address and the documents in your file. Your trading: listings, offers, contracts, escrow payments, disputes and messages within the platform. Technical: access logs and, in the app, the identifier used to send you notifications if you accept them.

02What we use it for

To verify your company, run the platform (listing, negotiating, generating contracts and administering escrow), notify you of what happens in your deals, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

03Commercial identity

During negotiation the other party sees you by an alias. Company names are shared with the other party only when the buyer deposits payment into escrow, because they are needed to perform the contract.

04Who we share it with

With the other party to your deal, as described above. With providers of necessary services (hosting, email and notifications), under a duty of confidentiality. With authorities, when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

05How long we keep it

While your account is active. Contracts, payments and file documents are kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations, even if you close your account.

06Security

We use encrypted connections, encrypted passwords, optional two-step verification and an audit log of actions on contracts and escrow. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will let you know.

07Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, request its deletion (subject to legal retention) or write to info@agrosell.shop. You can delete your account yourself from My account, on the web or in the app: your personal data is erased and past contracts and payments are kept without it. It cannot be deleted while contracts, escrow payments or disputes are in progress.

08Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The platform stores in your browser or phone what is needed to keep your session and preferences.

09Changes

If we change this policy in a relevant way, we will let you know within the platform or by email.
